FIRST FRIDAYS FREE
Your generous sponsorship provides a free admission event for all area children and families on the first Friday evening of each month.  Sponsor names will be included in all advertising and donor materials. $750 per event

PROGRAM SPONSOR
Over 12 free programs are offered to HCM visitors each month.  From Storybook Picnic and Young Explorers to guest artists and science demonstrations, your financial support enables us to pass along quality programs at no extra cost.  $250 per month

PRINT SPONSOR
Help HCM spread the word about its many educational offerings.  Choose from the following:

• Newspaper Ad
  Sponsor name will be included in 1/2 page clip and save calendar ad.  $500 per monthly ad
• HCM Newsletter
  Sponsor printing of our quarterly newsletter.  This newsletter is mailed to over 1800 member families and business leaders.  If desired, HCM will feature a brief article highlighting the sponsor/business. $750 per quarterly newsletter
• HCM Seasonal Club Brochures
  Have your name on our brochure of quality, educational enrichment offerings.  Over 13,000 brochures are distributed to area schools, preschools, and family-friendly venues.  $750 includes sponsor name on all brochures

SCHOLARSHIP FUND
HCM strives to offer educational opportunities to all children regardless of financial circumstances.
Consider the following opportunities that the HCM scholarship fund can provide:

• Field Trip Sponsor
  While HCM SOL-based field trips are among the lowest priced educational trips throughout the state, for some children any extra expense is a hardship.  Here’s what your donation can provide:
  $180—Admission for 40 students, $90—Admission for 20 students (based on $4.50 focus field trip)
• Enrichment Club Fund
  Your gift in any amount will be used to provide  classes to children who wish to participate but have limited financial resources.
  $65 could provide tuition for one 6-week class
• Family Membership
  Give the gift that keeps on giving all year long!
  $85 provides one family with annual membership to the museum

GENERAL DONATIONS
HCM relies on the generosity of local donors to fund over 40% of its annual operating budget.  Your contributions in any amount are tax-deductible and will be used for HCM activities to benefit children and families.
